DJ Muruga founded Radio Beat, an internet radio station based in Chennai, India, in 2015 under the banner of AZURE Media Entertainment. It provides genre-based streams in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Punjabi, and English, with a focus on Tamil-language music and hits. The programming is curated with a combination of Tamil film hits, independent music, nostalgia-themed blocks, and English/Tamil crossovers.
